Day 2 | Transfer back to Entebbe Airport- Fly to Kidepo Airstrip - Kidepo Valley National Park

Your adventure begins in Entebbe, where you'll make your way to Entebbe Airport for a morning flight to Kidepo Valley National Park. The flight, approximately two hours long, offers stunning aerial views of Uganda's diverse landscapes. Upon landing at Kidepo Airstrip, you will be met by your safari guide who will transfer you to your lodge within the park. After settling in and having lunch, embark on your first game drive. This afternoon, you’ll get a taste of the wild beauty that Kidepo is famous for, with the opportunity to spot elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and perhaps even lions. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation under the vast African sky.

Day 3 | Kidepo Valley National Park, Morning game drive and Afternoon Community Visit

After an early breakfast, set out for a morning game drive through the park’s varied terrain, ranging from rugged mountains to sprawling savannahs. Kidepo is renowned for its high concentration of wildlife and you may encounter zebras, cheetahs, ostriches, and a variety of antelope species. The park is also home to over 475 bird species, making it a paradise for birdwatchers. After the game drive, return to the lodge for lunch and have sometime to relax. In the afternoon, visit the local Karamojong community to learn about their culture and ways of life.

Day 4 | Kidepo Airstrip - Entebbe , Morning Nature Walk

On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the lodge before your transfer to Kidepo Airstrip. Take in the last views of the park with an AM Nature walk. You'll then continue to the airstrip and board your flight back to Entebbe.
